Finally, Veronica had to face the facts: it wasn’t ice cream, it was dairy. Too clingy, too dramatic, way too high-maintenance. So she called it quits. Breaking up with dairy wasn’t easy, but it was the best decision she ever made. Some relationships just aren’t meant to be.
Out of that breakup came her glow-up. Veronica launched The Dairy Break Up — a non-dairy ice cream cart serving scoops that are creamy, delicious, and completely drama-free. She wanted everyone to feel included, no matter their dietary needs, so no guest would ever have to sit out dessert again. Now she’s sharing the joy at weddings, birthdays, and parties everywhere, proving that not all breakups end in tears… some end in sprinkles.
